Return Period
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We only accept returns if items arrive damaged and the package has been opened and checked within 14 days of receipt.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom orders
- If the customer chooses the wrong size or color
- If the item doesn't suit your decor or personal taste
Information on our products is clearly provided in the description. It is the buyer's responsibility to make the correct decision on purchase.
Return Process
You must contact us within 14 days of package delivery for any returns to be considered. Your item must then be sent back within 30 days for a refund or exchange to be considered.
In order to receive a full refund, we ask that items be packaged in the original packaging or equivalent condition.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed once the item is received by us and checked for damage.
Please include your order number on the return packaging so we can identify your returned order.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items. If you make a purchase at the current price available and then see the price has dropped within the next few days, we are not able to refund the difference. As we operate in an ever-changing competitive market, we adjust our prices regularly. Please contact us if you would like to discuss pricing further.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method through Shopify.
Please note that in some cases, you may only be eligible for a partial refund.
Please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
